Will someone please help me determine the problem with my plant? It is nearly ready gor harvest but this leaf issue has appeared in the past four days. I checked charts but didn’t find a match. Thanks!

Any pics of the whole plant? Also as the plant starts to really finish up it will eat there own fan leaves. Its not uncommon for the leves to go yellow or brown like a bannan peel when being used for food.
