Many of my clients are looking for opportunities to buy processing facilities that come along with a license. There are no price constraints. I’m sure there are dozens of GN members who are aware of these properties for sale - care to connect us?

Personally, I don’t see too many in LA asking for facilities with a license, but I have had some cannabis lawyers and consultants inquire about property to purchase (or lease) so they can package it together with a license for resell. Unfortunately, I only have the properties. I recommend hitting those guys up if you’re looking for a packaged property with license.

Hi Conor, do you still have clients looking for cannabis property with license? I got one in North Hollywood with property, grow equip, and a Type 12 (micro-license) license for businesses that do at least three of the following activities at one location:
Cultivation – up to 10,000 total square feet
Manufacturing – use of non-volatile solvents, mechanical extraction or infusion
Distribution or distribution transport-only
Retail – storefront or non-storefront
