With tax time around the corner is anyone wondering if they fall under the 280E tax code.
I have received conflicting information from accountants in two states and want to make sure I understand how this works.
As a new manufacturer of an ancillary product servicing multi -states & Canada, I feel there are probably more cannabis rookies out there trying to understand if they have to comply.
Any/all expertise in this area, would be greatly appreciated,
