Run to waste | coco coir | indoor

Hi, there kind people of this forum.
Just changed my indoor grow to coco coir (bricks) in 11Litre pots.
Under 600W HPS 18/6
3rd week of veg and IMO seems they are not looking like they were last week
(the fan leaves up and looking happy). they seem curly and down.
I have 6 pots under 600W in 1.2x.2.4x2.0(only using 2nd half of the tent
temps ~30degrees
ventilation is good with an extractor outside the tent sucking to an exit vent to the outside world.
feed organic product called yieldtech

SO my guru told me to run coco coir the wet and dry cycle
so last week I was hitting each pot with 1.5L of h20 with EC 1.5 ~ (once per day)
then on the weekend (Saturday), I changed from my hand feeding to using a pump and some feeder lines to 4 drips per pot (4lph). and On Saturday thru the day, I did 10 x 100ml feedings with EC1.5 and all seemed okay … yesterday Sunday I spoke to my “guru” and he insisted on drying them out. the pots are heavy but over the last 3 days have become lighter but not feather-lite.

how do I manage this water + nutrient schedule?
Should I dry out to feather lift weights
or run the coco “wet” and do 1 x per day feed of 1.5L
and as transition to flower increase the frequency “interval” but still feed total in day 1.5-2.0L with 10/20%/30%runof

Last week I had run off and all seemed great
this week at least for 3 days since drying with no runoff plants seem unhappy
For the last 2 days using the pump and feeders fed them 1 x 10mins @ lights on
water temp is around 25degrees @ EC 1.5

any help input would be appreciated

I feel the run off is what is missing from the routine?

You might be actually giving them to much to often actually even in coco at that size they go through 1.8 liters every 3 days
