At DND Propagation System and Clones Marketplace, we’re seeking for an energetic, qualified sales representative to help us sell the products and services that our companies offer to small and large growers and cultivators.
DND Propagation System is in the business of selling propagation cups for cloning and growing plants, which come fully integrated with an all organic proprietary solution that includes water and nutrients to grow healthy plants.
Clones Marketplace is an e-commerce platform that connects buyers and sellers of clones within the state. An understanding of the cannabis industry and the competitive landscape, as well as the ability to develop relationships and provide excellent support, is essential for success in this role.
Sales Representative Job Duties:
Sales Reps main role is generating leads, building relationships, closing deals, and acting as point person for sale negotiations. As needed, the Sales Rep will participate in tradeshows, cannabis industry events, and coordination of site surveys. The Sales Rep will spend the majority of time making outside sales calls and traveling to actual site, with some administrative tracking and reporting (as required).
Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum 21 years old.
· Experience in sales
· Understanding of the cannabis industry
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
· Ability to travel and to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
