The Sales Representative duties include:
o Formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
o Leading all aspects of the sales process. Develop content and presentations tailored for customer problems and business needs. In depth knowledge of competitors and cannabis industry trends. Demonstrate project management skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Work to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration.
o Interface with customers to discuss the various modules as well as the other services that Cuetip offers, to influence and steer the technology strategy and technical choices.
o Attend Cannabis Conferences and Cuetip Events.
o Take Customer inputs and work with Product Development to influence the roadmap of future app version and solve customer challenges and business needs.
o Liaison with Customer Service and Marketing to keep on top of customer needs and contribute to marketing strategy.
Job duties and requirements:
o Some Enterprise software sales experience
o Knowledgeable in the cannabis space and motivated to continue adding to that knowledge base
o Ability to communicate professionally and build relationships with C-level and VP level contacts at companies across various vertical markets.
o Conduct calls to prospective clients to drive meetings.
o Consistently track, report, and analyze sales pipeline using a designated sales CRM, to produce the volume and forecast accuracy required to deliver team and corporate goals.
o Strong task-orientation with problem-solving skills that allow you to operate as an autonomous member of Cuetip.
Time Commitment- In addition to the sales function, the candidate will be expected to attend weekly sales team meetings (1-2 hrs/week), Cuetip team meetings (1hr/week) and one-on -ones (1hr/week) with the CEO.
