I think a very positive decision. Minorities have been convicted at staggering rates from the War on Drugs, and this motion filed in Seattle will hopefully mitigate some of the damage done.

This is great to see! I hope more states (and ultimately at the federal level) take more action like this. As the stigma begins to fade, so will the penalties.
