Hello All,

Apologies if this is in the wrong place, when I talked to Nick he directed me to a finance specific forum but it appears to be inactive? He had mentioned i could tag @Investors which may work here, but if it needs to be moved or I should post elsewhere, let me know.

I have been fortunate to have our operation be self-funded, but an opportunity to expand fell into my lap and could not pass it up. It has us searching for capital, a position we have not been in before. We have reached to friends / family networks and have some interested but most of them do not have the amounts we are looking for to get us there. We do have two companies in other states very interested but I need to explore all avenues to make this happen.

Readers digest version is that we would have one of the largest state of the art facilities in the state we are in and already own a dispensary location strategically placed near a bordering state. I have a comprehensive business plan and my two partners and I have all the equipment spec’d out, building plans, etc. We have all worked in the commercial cannabis industry for over 15 years collectively, we are not just people looking for money to make money, this is our passion, what we have been building and working towards.

I am happy to go more in depth and provide more information to any interested, just want to get a feeler out on here to see if there are any investors on Grower’s Network.

You need a complete business plan, financials, projections etc. Are you offering private stock in the company as well? Amount you are looking for 5/6/7 figures?

Thank you for the reply, we do have a complete business plan with all those items and then some. Ideally we could strike a more ROI focused deal where we give a very healthy return, but equity being offered is not off the table, just want to have a deal that makes sense and is fair to everyone.

Looking for 7 figures which would cover the equipment and build out of facility and some working capital until first harvest. The facility allows us to expand to an unlimited plant count if it made sense as we grow.

Hello:

You might want to consider a private issue stock to raise your capitol rather than trying to get one or a few investors. Basically what you were trying to do with your family, but on a larger scale with outside investments. I am quite sure you are aware that you have some serious competition in the grow market. And at some point with medical cultivation and private recreational cultivation being written into law and happening, the market will become more and more crowded.
