Selling a Tier 2 indoor license in Oregon.

So the license is bound to the county? Is it also bound to the property?

@MK3_Pharms No it can be transferred anywhere in the state of Oregon, as long as it’s a permitted grow county. Buyer will have to secure a land use compatibility statement with county where license will be transferred to.
