Sending a graft/clone?

Hello, I helped a really old man with his mail, I opened for him a bubble pack letter and in it was a sandwich bag, sealed with wet, green twigs that he says he will start to grow for his Bonsai’s and I was wondering if a person did this with a strong clone graft, wet, supple, thick could it be done if Canadian mail is about three days, could it survive to be planted.

Always worth a try… long time without light for a clone though and most bonsai’s are a lot sturdier & slower growing species than cannabis. I believe, because of this their chance of survival is a little higher being sent like that but I could be wrong, I don’t know. Worth a shot anyway.

What if would add a super cheap battery operated LED from amazon in the envelope ? Would that be enough light you think ? Guess it would have to be a dark envelope so you don’t see from the outside.

Yeah, might as well just use a clone shipper, like Nacho posted. You could build one yourself but all parts involved + time invested I don’t think you’re off much cheaper doing it all yourself. They’re only 20 bucks.

I used to ship like that all the time. Then the cops got one of my clones. Im not shipping anything but seeds now! And if your in Canada theres no way it will make it through customs. But in country shipping might be fine. But ive lost a lot of seeds and money messing with canada! Good luck!

If your shipping From Canada to Canada you should be ok, I believe your legally allowed to gift clones in most provinces as long as your not charging for them. Mine was shipped overnight and still took something like 5 days so try to ship early in the week to avoid sitting in a warehouse for the weekend. Personally I wouldn’t risk trying to send anything From Canada To USA because of what Marc Emery went though. From USA To Canada seems to work well for seeds.

"On July 29, 2005, Canadian police, acting on a request from the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA),[62] simultaneously raided the BC Marijuana Party Bookstore and Headquarters in Vancouver and arrested Emery for extradition to the United States outside a storefront in Lawrencetown, Nova Scotia.[63][64][65]

American authorities charged Emery and co-defendants Gregory Keith Williams and Michelle Rainey-Fenkarek with “'Conspiracy to Distribute Marijuana”, “Conspiracy to Distribute Marijuana Seeds” and “Conspiracy to Engage in Money Laundering”. Even though all the alleged offences occurred in Canada, Canadian police did not lay any charges.[66]"
