As long as you keep your rootzone and H20 free of longterm exposure to light, you won’t have a problem @sssportsmfg. Also resevoir temps and plenty of O2 to your nutes is essential. I run plenty of healthy microbes in my reservoir from Voodoo Juice, Piranha and Tarantula, and the most essential for hydro, is Sensizym. They are my buffer and safety net to avoid any problems like alge, or rootrot. Just to name a few.

I have all of those things as I am also a AN nute user. And AN is perfect for Hydro as it self adjusts the PH. I got everything in the works to do a hydro this time as soon as I get the girls dried and put up. Once again the shipper lost or actually didn’t ship an order just said they did, going on a month now for 5 gal black buckets…just got an email from them after I complained…apparently they are just a pretty face and have it set up where they just drop ship direct from the mfg, so they have no idea what the tracking number is or if it is even shipped. And I purchased them off Amazon. Keepin my fingers crossed.
