The supreme court of Mass overturned the dismissal of the case, allowing the lawsuit to proceed. If they win this one it sets a strong precedent for medical cannabis usage being protected as a medical condition, which would be awesome.

Yeah unfortunately it will be a battle fought state by state until federal laws get ironed out. But if we can get the first domino to fall…

It’s my personal belief that unless you’re operating heavy machinery or in the security industry, drug tests are an unnecessary invasion of privacy – this could find its way to the Supreme Court if it’s argued in the right way.

I didn’t realize that they made it illegal to fire workers who tested positive. Hopefully more states will follow suit.
