Hey bud what material are those bags made out of ?
@shmodyshmott heres s link. I been using these for about 7 months. They work great.
Do those make it easier to soak hydrophobic media?
Both they wick the water. And best part is when you transplant you just stick the bag/pot into your media. And grow.v
Why dont you add a wetting agent to your media?
You dont want dry spots. Thats the one thing with coco i hate. Dry spot = no roots there in the dry pocket.
The issue was with some peat seed starter. The coco I’ve got wets up real nice for me.
The roots don’t have any problems penetrating the fabric?
No they penetrate easily and if there really wet and humidity is up the roots explode.
Well shit, as cheap as they are I might order some
That’s why i got them. Cheap and work easy.
That is why I got away from the little peat pots Kev. I have several in my compost pile that are over a year old. I ended up always having to tear off the bottoms or I’d just transplant them all together. Those look like they aren’t having any problems at all penetrating the bag…
Yeah I’ve seen people get root bound in the dumbest stuff. But we get photo evidence from @PreyBird1 so we know these are legit
I photograph everything i do. If i have it and like it. and i know how to use it. Pictures or it didnt happen ha!
