Didn’t you get the diagram with it?

No, just two modules in a bag. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MDM0T0I/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_image_o01_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Im pretty sure, but its been a year ago, I think the diagram for that valve was in the installation instructions for the RO unit itself.
Marty
Your system came with the shut off valve? They must be getting cheap on us now a days.
No it didn’t I bought it separate just like you, but the RO unit has different instrugtion sets for different installations if I remember right.

That’s it. From your water supply into the proper inlet side of that valve, then from the output side on the same side goes to the inlet on the Sediment filter, Then the output side of the RO membrane goes to the second inlet on that valve and the output side goes to the holding tank, bucket or whatever you are using.
Sorry for the delay i had an important phone call.
Here is a better picture, you ALWAYS run your water through all the various filter FIRST, then into your RO membrane with the exception of the DI filter, it is AFTER the RO membrane. So on my system with the DI filter it goes from the RO canister, to the input of the DI filter and then the output side of the DI filter goes into the inlet side of that valve, and the output side goes to your holding tank. The reason is you want as much of the junk out of the water as possible before it gets to the RO membrane, then the DI filter finishes it after the RO membrane, using a positive/negative attraction for the final treatment.

Sounds good, have you heard of any blow outs at the valve before, with it being under pressure from the tap 24/7?
Well no, and haven’t had any problems myself, but I don’t leave mine on 24/7 either, when my 30 gal drum is full I shut off the feed valve, I only use 10 gal every 4 days so I turn it off in-between watering.
Is it possible to set up this auto shutoff valve while also using the booster pump?

That’s the booster pump I use. @yourviolentpast you won’t need a separate auto shutoff valve with that booster pump.
I have a 30 gallon barrel and it fills up in about 15 or 20 hours I pretty much turn on the water overnight once a week.
Exact same size barrel I have. Takes just a little over 5 hours to fill up what I use out, with a 50 gal/day unit. Plenty enough for me.
I think we have the same unit. I’ve only got 50 pounds of pressure max on mine Old house new well pump didn’t feel like turning it up to 60 pounds and have an old pipe burst. Mine goes from empty to full overnight for the most part probably about15 hrs.
Yeah I hear that Hap, I have a 83 yo house. I have normal pressure just no volumn out of my 83 yo cast iron pipe from the street, it’s all limed up, tiny little hole through the middle the rest lime. Took off the coupling a few years back and the pipe nipple and valve were all limed up. scraped off what I could, but it didn’t help, the pipe is like that all the way to the main line across the street from my house, if it was on my side, I would dig it up and do it myself, put in all new copper from the house in then dig the hole and do a new coupling/saddle at the main, but I don’t have a ditch witch to tunnel under the street, and no doubt I would get caught lol.
