I wish I could attend. I want to understand the modivations.

As a casual observer, I see round eyes and a look on people’s eyes like they just walked into a fine wine store. It all just old grape juice, but some are better than others.

I always wondered if we used the retail wine sales model if we could help our customers base. We need the wine spectator for cannabis. :upside_down_face:

We really hate the word “normalizing” but the speaker will talk and give examples about making stores and products more “approachable” to that 1st time person. The 2nd speaker (and presentation we’ll share) is talking about the value ($) of keeping a customer loyal.
