I don’t live there, but Texas finally did legal for medical? I don’t keep up with anything but where I live. Not to long ago Texas was zero tolerance.

Hi @dyerruth

Welcome to GN. @sssportsmfg , Texas is a very strict state, I heard recently they are trying to ban THC products. But below is the law:

Cannabis in Texas is illegal for recreational use. Possession of up to two ounces is a class B misdemeanor, punishable by up to 180 days in prison and a fine of up to $2000.[1][2][3] Several of the state’s major municipalities have enacted reforms to apply lesser penalties or limit enforcement, however.

Medical use is allowed only in the form of low-THC cannabis oil, less than 1% THC with a doctor’s approval and less than 0.3% THC without. Legislation allowing for medical use was first approved in 2015. Wiki

So basically they are just as restrictive as they ever were. I wonder if he drinks?

So I asked, what a hypocrite !!! I found the following.

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Patrick began his career as a radio and television broadcaster. After forming a chain of sports bars and subsequently going bankrupt, he became a radio host again, this time becoming a conservative commentator.

So he tries to peddle alcohol which EVERYONE knows is far worse than pot, goes belly up with his sports bars, and is now after failing to get himself rich peddling booze, tries to play holier than thou and get pot banned. What a whiny little mouse.
