Notice on the first picture, how the leaf steams are red, is that ok and normal?

yes that is the way that genetics grow I’ve grown 15 of them and they all have the red stem

Led lights twnd to cause red and purple looks to the stems. Unless u see an issue its usually not a bad thing. Sometimes purple red can be bad but usually not.
