We’ve enabled the poll feature of the community, which means anyone can create a poll to get the community to vote on a question they’re curious about.
To create a poll start a new topic as normal. Then click on the gear icon at the top of the editor window and select Build Poll:
This will pop up the poll window where you can select the type of poll (Single Choice, Number Rating or Multiple Choice) and enter the options to select from:
After you’ve entered at least two options, click on Insert Poll to complete the process. You can then finish composing the rest of your topic and select Create topic. To check out what a poll looks like after it’s done, take a look at this poll I posted yesterday:
