So I have a great recipe I have been waiting to find the right savory tones for a maritime lobster chowder. I have finally decided that topanga canyon brulee #2 is perfect for this and will taste great with the other flavors going into the recipe.
I have spent the last 10years making adaptations to the info online and taking the best parts of each recipe I tried over said time.the most important thing is to start with fresh lobster and low sodium chicken broth. And of course some high quality savory sweet cannabis flower.
I’ll get things together I forgot to grab my whipping/heavy cream, and I’ll show Yas how to whip up a killer chowder to be proud of.
Be sure to remove the sack behind eyes and set aside lobster meat and boil shells in water for about 20-30 mins
I should add this is cooking in no extra salt chicken stock
Remove shells , Add 3 chopped carrots and 1 small onion diced and 2 small potatoes also chopped. Add lobster chowder mix , lobster bouillon spices.then boil untill cooked
