Transplanted seedling suddenly turning brown

I transplanted this photo fem to a pot of buffered coco coir + worm castings + perlite with a mulch topping of barkey straw two days ago and, suddenly, it’s turning brown.
I sprinkled some Trifecta Myco Supreme into the transplant hole.
I’m using Organics Alive nutrients and, per their instructions, only used the V-N Dry Soluable 10-2-2 in a gallon of water.
It is in a tent with temp at 81f and 82% humidity. Lights are 18/6.
Any ideas what’s going on?

From looking at it I am guessing genetics. I have had seedlings just up and die like that too. Never did figure out why. Healthy as a horse and then dead.

How much in weight did you put in on the OA nutes?

Stop looking at those two leaves, and look at the rest of the plant. It is very happy and healthy looking. Probably a little transplant shock. if those two ugly leaves are bothering you, cut them off. I would leave them there because the plant has started to eat them and no reason to not let it, other than they’re ugly. :v:t3:

It was per their instructions; I think 1gm/gallon water.

Week one transplant is 5 grams per gallon. But not to worry better to be under than over. Hap is right, don’t sweat it, wait and see what it does, it will probably be just fine, other than the purple tips it looks great.

From this morning. The discoloration doesn’t seem to have spread, so that’s good news.

Hypochlorous acid cleans roots from pathogens.

Pathogens are microorganisms or biological agents that can cause disease in a host organism. They include:
Bacteria: Single-celled organisms that can multiply rapidly and produce toxins.
Viruses: Non-living particles that invade and replicate within host cells.
Fungi: Eukaryotic organisms that can cause infections on the skin, nails, and respiratory system.
Protozoa: Microscopic, single-celled organisms that can cause infections in the digestive and circulatory systems.
Parasites: Larger organisms that live on or in a host and obtain nutrients from it.
Pathogens can spread through various means, such as contact with infected individuals, contaminated surfaces, or through the air.
