Based on extensive conversations with DEA Diversion Division Section Chiefs Boos and Armstrong it IS coming. If you offer up the right combination you can have a federally and internationally legal (under CURRENT law), 280 E -exempt, interstate, vertically integrated,before seed to beyond sold, distribution system. Yes, I do know how. No, I won’t tell it to you for free.
