The U.S. Wholesale Cannabis Spot Index for the week ending January 18, 2019, is down 1.6% to $1,144 per pound. In grams, the Spot price was $2.52, and the simple average price was $2.70/g.
Week-over-week decline in outdoor flower pricing in California and Washington state are primarily responsible for the drop. State composite pricing in Colorado saw an uptick, as did wholesale prices in Massachusetts, which has consistently increased week-over-week since adult-use legalization was implemented.
