This looks like the same report from 3 years ago. LEDs have made HUGE improvements since then, with efficiencies over 2.5 umol/j. Would love to see the same report done every few years or so. This study also does not account for utility rebates, which drastically lowers up front cost to commercial growers. Feel free to message me if you want more info on that
