Job Description:
We are a fast-growing cannabis company looking for a skilled and experienced professional cannabis grower to join our team in Thailand. As a cannabis grower, you will be responsible for managing our cannabis cultivation operations and ensuring that we produce high-quality cannabis products for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our cannabis cultivation facility
- Oversee the growing and harvesting of cannabis plants
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for cannabis cultivation
- Monitor plant health and adjust growing conditions as necessary
- Train and manage cultivation staff
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing cannabis cultivation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a professional cannabis grower
- In-depth knowledge of cannabis cultivation, including growing techniques, pest management, and harvesting methods
- Familiarity with cannabis strains and their characteristics
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of and commitment to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
