Do you have intentions to integrate with customer loyalty platforms, such as @trybaker?

Do all dispensaries in our network run the same program? In a word, no.

Each dispensary is to some extent unique. While we have network wide ads, each dispensary is able to create 4 of their own ads, running only in their location, that run during our 10 minute loop (the loop is 5 minutes of ads and 5 minutes of creative, informational and fun content.)

There are also ads that will only run in certain regions or locations. Short answer - a small percentage would be duplicated…probably a chain with one owner.

To follow up on this question, do you guys moderate the images that appear when someone posts as a hashtag? For instance if a troll were to post an inappropriate image using the #eyechronictv hashtag are you able to make sure that doesn’t show on the display?

Where did we come up with our customer profile (persona)? We didn’t.

We perused all of the studies relating to the cannabis industry. As you can imagine, there were dozens. And the data is changing as today, the fastest growing user segment are middle aged woman.

If I owned a dispensary, I would form a preferred membership club and ask a few questions relating to ‘who are you’. Many will be surprised as to the data they collect, and be able to adjust their corporate messaging going forward.

The right audience receiving the right message, one that resonates with them? POWERFUL!

How do you track this information? Do you have access to the customer’s smartphone through an app?

Do you guys offer a survey platform to help out with this sort of data collection? Or if not, do you have recommendations for good survey and loyalty programs to use?

The most powerful word in advertising has always been FREE. But these are things you measure. Buy 1 get 1 free. Buy this and get a complimentary item for 50% off. We are selling all of our ‘xyz’ product line. 50% off on Saturday (or perhaps a slow day).

Could you speak about your parent company and how that gives you a leg up on any competition (now or in future)?

The short answer is YES, we have had preliminary discussions. A dispensary having their own is a powerful way to combine inventory control with the customer satisfaction one gets of feeling important.

We have developed proprietary technology that allows us to measure traffic and its related characteristics. And yes it does integrate to some extent with phones, but there are other variables as well that I can’t detail as they are Corporate trade secrets…

First, they have their financials. Brands that we are promoting in their stores are being affected by the ads we are running… How much would be something their internal systems would capture.

BUT, dispensary owners can also do their own advertising, direct response advertising…where they are looking to gain a response. And that could be measured.

For example, you could drive traffic to a specific landing page…and measure that traffic and thus the lead generation potential of the ad. How it then converts would be dependent on what information was contained on the landing page and how effective the the internal follow-up system was.

Or the ad could drive the capturing of opt-in mobile phone numbers…for a gift of some kind or membership in a club.

As a dispensary owner, could you imagine being able to talk ‘1 on 1’ to your customer (a group of 1000 that opted in) via text, where they ALL receive the message? What is that worth?

There are many ways one can do this.
