Im hoping a lawsuit representing the cbd/cannabis industry is pending. Im also hoping the industry files a class action lawsuit against the DEA for lost revenue.
The DEA has overstepped its authority again. Its a law enforcement agency not a law making agency. The controlled substance list is reserved for the law making body called Congress.
