So many great ones. Lemon cookies is a fave. I’m not too picky though.

Though I love changing it up and trying new strains, if I had to choose a favorite, it is Hindu Kush. For daytime, I like Durban Poison.

My current favorite is Star Pupil from Mass Medical Strains. Its effects are perfect for unwinding at the end of the day after the kids are in bed. Hoping to get my hands on some seeds so I can grow it in my garden.

For consumption usually my favorite cultivars are the ones the market doesn’t care for :grinning: I like the funk, sweaty stinky, skunky, hash, earthy smells and flavors. I am really liking Strawberry fields and Tanjilope from Crockett Family Farms. The cut of SF we grow smells like a dirty body odor, which I don’t typically care for in person, but in cannabis its something else. Tanjiolpe has some wicked tangerine terps mixed with a melon after taste. Both make for good days relaxing with a nice pairing cocktail and preroll.

Growing is another story… stability and market value are too very key factors and yet seam almost like two different worlds. Market value and hype seam to trump stability as “fast fashion” trends push new cultivars resulting in poor genetic traits like herms and difficult growing traits.
my personal favorites to grow are from breeders who take the time to test offspring and stabilize their cultivars. I can see the difference in the way they respond to little changes in environment and watering stratagies that they are very active plants with good power to grow to best genetic potential and its less headache pulling herms or nanners off couple thousand plants every week.

Landrace Thai
i sat on it in the seventies, imported it in the eighties and have been growing it ever since (genotypes listed on phylos). I do like DJ’s Blueberry, though.

OH Dumpster Weed. It was really good late 90’s and even better today denser with technology. This is a clone only and still being grown today. It shows up around St. Patty’s Day by me.
Before we had Veg and Bloom nutes this strain was what we grew.
Unofficially it’s Northern Lights and G-13.
My all time favorite to date over 20yrs.
Yes, the story goes it was pulled out of a dumpster and brought back life at a well know University. A big party town. Mob weed.

I wonder what I smoked with my dad. He said it was from 1972 and that he found it in the shed. Put me to sleep. LOL

Usually when you ponder such things it’s a clear indication you had a good time :sunglasses:

Island Sweet Skunk, hands down. Gives me a nice little burst of energy, keeps my mind right, staves off my pain and doesn’t inhibit me from getting things done. It also helps calm my stomach down when my GERD starts to give me that sour, nauseous feeling. That used to be a difficult question and if you asked me to pick a second favorite, I’d probably have a hard time answering that, but ISS is my go-to for pretty much anytime except bedtime.
