Your plants look like they’re off to a great start. Usually, it’s best to focus on the bottom third of the plant first to improve airflow and remove any large fan leaves that are shading the lower bud sites.
I usually defoliate 2-3 times depending on the strain and time, and I defoliate the s out of them.
I defoliated one a lot.. she’s the best… another partially shes 2nd best .. i barely defoliated another and she’s slow … 2 other no defoliation and they are the shortest and smallest
It really depends on a lot of things I usually do one in veg and 1-2 in flower depending on the plant, I also do lst and I top most plants after the 5th node .
