Well not sure if u seen @anon83649042 grow he uses rapid led cobs and far red booster strips. Grows look fantastic. @hellraiser uses iv bars and leds and has fantastic grows. To look at the 2 of thems pics ive seen they r super super close i think that the uva bars seem to make the buds look a bit frostier than the reds do but the reds do a great job also. I did add some cheap china red lights to my spare bathroom to see if the red lights help at all in any ways diff from my last grow so in the 4.5x4.5x8 spare bath i have 3x 240w boards 2x 30wuva bars and the 2 china lights for more red. Thats alot of watts on a small room but hopefully i get bomb ass buds from that room. Bout to add a w.w auto to the set in there but rhis one is in canna coco
