Hash passion: 1.2lbs: christmas tree stlye. buds are to big need lots of air flow to keep mold away.
Nice plant… still trying to get on your level… still messing with so so genetics… soon … soon I will get there
That is insane and exactly what I need in my room. What exactly does one need to get 1lb from an indoor plant. Pot size? Soil or hydro? Training? Lights to use?
It was that cultivar. If knew it was going to get massive i would have cloned it. But back then i wasnt cloning anything. That plant was grown in 3 gallon cloth pot with dakine420 nutrients and soil. 2 led quantum boards at 250 watts each. 1 light was only white leds and the other light is a far red and white board. I still have the light and im using it now. I took 2 pieces of angle aluminum and connected the lights as one unit. It works really well and it was one of my first lights.
I’ve hit 1+ a few times with my ebb and flow using Jack’s 321 and a few different lights and strains. The first time was with 1200+ watts of T5 floros and Barney’s farm pink kush with very heavy topping and training. The second one was with a 650 watt Led that cost me around 400 CDN with cult classics cement shoes that I got from chitownseeds also heavily trained. The latest was a clone of the same cement shoes with alot of topping and training under a 480 watt light.
Beautiful plant @treetrunks!
what great read
thanks all
Dang, Tree, that is just one beautiful plant all the way around !!!
Thank you @sdoyle and @TheMadFlascher , the Growers Network community has helped alot!
Damn @treetrunks , that is a beautiful room filled with amazing smells and smiles I am sure. Wanted to ask, what type of air circulation are you using. The reason I ask we seem to be having big powdery mildew issues in our entire area, not just me. Airflow is so important to keep RH stable. Wanted to ask how you keep your ladies so neatly tucked in together, almost like sardines in a can, but you obviously dont have PM, what is your IPM? Airflow details.
Two 6 inch inline fans (one intake one exhaust), a 6 inch clip on fan in each corner, oscillating fan beneath the canopy and another roughly 6 inch fan pointed upward into the middle of the canopy between the plants. I try to avoid colas touching each other and the walls if I can. This last run of cement shoes might have had a problem if @TheMadFlascher didn’t get me to start measuring leaf temps.
I also have an intake filter I made that uses furnace filters as an added precaution and 2 Dehumidifiers outside the tent. I try to clean and sanitize everything between rounds if possible. I’ve always been lucky growing indoors with PWM but I’ve had problems with it outdoors, it’s currently 100% humidity outside.
