Oh, lol, I forget there is a timezone in the US earlier than mine. I am in Mountain Timezone and most of my peeps are east of me, lol, besides being horrible with time anyway. I will set a timer, thank you!

@HempStaff, as a recruiter for the cannabis industry, Iā€™m sure you get a lot of questions. What is your favorite advice to give to people who want to break into the cannabis industry? Where does a potential applicant start?!?

The FIRST thing we recommend to start, is look at your current skills or employment and think of how/if that can translate into the cannabis industry. These days we hire a lot more than budtenders and growers - we need inventory clerks, accountants, sales, marketing or so on!

Do you staff all over the country? Are the requirements pretty similar in
most states?

Have you worked with anyone transitioning from a current career into a cannabis related career? Iā€™m talking about us 40+ year old people. How would you recommend someone make that transition?
