Bravo @beths!
Now, hurry up and wait! :joy:
And try not to “love them to death”. :hospital:
The danger at this stage is over watering and trying to fiddle with them too much…

Oh trust me. I want to fiddle with them. But I keep hearing your voice in my head Dan saying don’t over fiddle lol.

I have not watered them. Only misting the domes three times a day.

How long do they need to be under the bags?

I’m just saying it and repeating it because that’s the time that most of us newbies kill our babies…

It depends how fast they grow. But once the leaves comes close to the dome/bag that’s when I take the bags off…
Or roughly after getting two sets of true leaves…
Other do it differently though…

And you only mist the bags that entire time. Or when do you start watering and how much?

Holy hell I am neurotic aren’t I?

I spray some water on the soil just to keep it moist (never soaking wet) about twice a day for a few days, then I water normally. And when I water, I do it around the side of the pot, a little further away from the stem, that way the roots reach for the water and grow better… imo.

Thanks. To everyone. No way I could’ve done any of this without you all. I am so appreciative. Maybe one day we can all meet and have a big huge smoke fest. I have a huge bonfire at the back of my property. Just throwing it out there. Pack up your tents and come on out

Let’s see my first “smokable” harvest will be in August.

Have to make sure I have enough smoke on hand for our out of country travelers who can’t travel with their buds

So, if you all wanna be super high in August you all better make sure to walk me through some stellar smoke hahahahaha.

That is so true. Sometimes I have to quit reading forums or anything about growing because I work myself into a panic attack. It’s ridiculous. I’ve got two 4 inch seedlings that are so compelling that I’ll just stand in my grow room staring at them like they are going to sprout wings and fly!

Now my wife has got something new to bust my chops about- spending too much time with those fucking marijuana plants.

It passes once they get to smoke the harvest lol… My wife used to bust my balls all the time… Only thing you care about are those stupid plants she would say…but now she loves growing and getting into it LoL.

…lol… my wife loves extracts and she now understands how much weed is required to produce them… she supports me also when I grow a shit ton…lol…

See this is what my Gorilla Glues look?
They look like they could go either way.

Does anyone ever have to fight the urge to uncover the seeds when they don’t pop up after two days?
OMG, and then the next thing you know, you’ve got multiple seedlings that have popped up seemingly overnight like dandelions.

Here’s a question which could be urban folklore, I’m not sure, but I’ve heard growers say to help the seedling by removing the seed husk very carefully with tweezers if it doesn’t fall off on its own, and it will help give it a little heads start. I’ve also heard that if you pull those husks off that the seedling misses out on nutrients that are inside the husk placed there by Mother Nature for early in its life.

I don’t know if that’s anything more than one guys o opinion or solid empirical data. There’s no doubt that the germination stage has a been a challenge for me.
