It’s called “helmet head” if the seed pops up with seed shell it wasn’t planted deep enough… The friction between the growth and soil should remove the shell completely… I do on occasion get some membrane still attached when first sprouts

I’d let everything dry a bit and take dome off… Looking a bit wet… How close is light?

I would looks kinda waterlogged but that’s just me… Let the light shine on it directly… Do you have a moisture meter in the room?

No domes for sure… Let them loose into the environment… Then just mist with spray bottle 3-5 times a day

How many mists? Like how many pumps of the water bottle.
Should I skip watering tonight?
I usually mist twice a day maybe 3 to 4 skirts. And then I squirt the domes 3 times a day.

Download a lux meter app on your phone test the lumens/lux… I think the hight was good… Put your hand by top of plant… is it hot or warm?
