Giving some recently received auto seeds a pop this winter, squeeze in a fresh harvest before the new season and try some new strains. I received the seeds from a local seedbank ( biltongandbudz.co.za). I believe they also sell seeds in the USA and have a solid brand here in South Africa. I have 3 packs of autos with 3 seeds in each.
How is my custom made locally designed Ganja Monkey board. A new young company based in East London manufacture and custom print these CNC’d bamboo boards. Must say it does make my life alot easier when sifting, sorting and rolling weed. Need to get my partner a board too. You can shop online here for their boards.

@boozer, I do try to but I know my soils are missing a lot. We mix about two tonnes of compost per year for the growing season. It’s made from kitchen, garden and farm refuse. We also add manure and lots of leaf matter to the heap. Turn and water it a couple times before spring.
We had a soil expert speak recently and explain the soil cycle and why it’s necessary for things like silica, salts, rock phosphates and more amendments. I learnt To really give your cannabis plants the nutrition it needs to thrive, one needs to add amendments to your mix.
With these autos I am going to use my compost and half a pre-made soil in the pots. I will probably buy generic nutrients as needed.
Watching if nobody minds…just received 3 fem photo, Early Top Skunk freebies with my order, from them…interested to see how their genetics hold up… @chrisj …I have a lil mix that I slap together with our local products, it been working for me, if you interested …
That sounds like a plan. Glad to say all my seeds popped in only a couple days and put them in soil two days ago. Having a bit of a cold spell so bringing them inside.
Day 11 since germination and they have all sprouted out soil. A little bit of stretch on one or two red russians, but they all in full sun now. Happy days. @docdre
