Hello Community… I serve as director of operations for Canna-Hub. We have two cannabis business parks under development. One, about 45 north of Sacramento and the other about 25 min west of Fresno.
We accept all licenses except outdoor grow and dispensary. A full service lab will be available on site to serve our tenants. Also, in both our locations there is no “percentage of gross receipts” local tax.
This is by far the cheapest (all things consider) & fastest way to being properly licensed. Sign a lease now, apply for your license, start working.
