Those short bushy ones can be trouble. Need to defoliate them. Low light levels below the canopy can cause several issues. Molds, powdery mildew and hermies. especially since another grower of this same strain plant hermied. I like all your fans and now just defoliate for better air flow and it will be safer all the way around by avoiding things that cause issues. Ive never had powdery mildew until this year. and im the grow was exactyl like yours lots of foliage not enough air flow. Lucky for me the PM just started at the last week of flower and was only on like 5 fan leaves down below at the middle or bottom of the canopy. Where the foliage blocks the light the most.

I’m not new to growing. Because they are at risk of herming, I’m waiting until day 28 of flower to defoliate and lollipop below the trellis. There are 3 fans under the canopy (total of 7) and the plants checked for issues every day. Not too worried right now.

My Cherry OG was a herm too. But the Bruce Banner and Aloha Limone x Ghost Ship seem to be just female. Have to keep an eye on them throughout flowering.

I didn’t defóliate the back ones too much. They stretched great and I just needed to clean up under the net. The front plants were definitely defoliated. They were growing so thick they were choking themselves out.

That looks like a super fun grow! Glad you enjoyed it looks like the harvest will be just as much fun. I haven’t had to many runts in the cherries we have ran but they definitely can grow funky like that.

Welp, the entire 4x4 tent wasn’t fed for two days (long story) and they all hermed. I’ll pulling tomorrow to see what I can scrap together. Week 8

Damn. I went back and looked. You can tell in your week 6 pics that the seeds are already there forming. It hermed weeks ago sadly

I had 3 of 6 that didn’t herm. I had 2 very cherry like aroma purpleish flowers, the other weird heavy indica growth, lime green all the way, no cherry smell, hits like a truck, taste like heavy pinene.

Yeah, I was suspicious at that time but I thought it was my imagination and none of my grow nerd friends said anything lol. I’ve turned off the reservoir and they’re now in the dark for 2 days, then I’ll try to salvage what I can.
The tent has run in the low/mid 80s the entire grow, very few pH swings, and 2 days of dry pots.
Thankfully, I have 2 more in a 2x4 tent that seems to be doing well so far.
