Trizzler auto at 25 days from seed. Pistils are being pushed, bud sites are being built! Dealing with a small leaf miner issue, blew in with the wind a couple days ago. Hitting them with Capt Jacks and Neem Oil, hopefully they are gone in a couple days, no more sprays soon.

Runtz clones are in slow-mo reveg mode. Lol

I also live in the desert and it is very challenging to grow here look for plenty of shade little direct light unless in the mornings and plenty of water. Good luck and stay on top of things every day any problems we are here to help I hope u plan on putting them in pots cause u will be moving them around all the time

How about a mini greenhouse! Something wood and plastic and movable.

I have read that autoflowers don’t like to be repotted and should be placed in their permanent pot as soon as they pop. I just got 5 white widow autoflower seeds today and don’t want to screw them up. Does anyone have input on repotting?

I either start mine in their final home or transplant before the roots fill the starter too much. Some auto strains stress flower if they don’t have a big enough root zone.

Madman, I think I will start them in small pots and place on screen porch for a few days to let them get acclimated to the hot and humid SC weather. I will be growing in fabric pots when I transplant. This is my first grow so I appreciate all the advice from this forum.

Like @mudman said, it really depends on the strain.
I would advise, if starting in a small starter pot, to transplant autos before the roots start to fillout the pot. Good luck! Happy growing! Please feel free to ask any of us for advice, we will do our best to get you steered in the right direction.

Great blog I’ve been lurking on since the beginning. I’m also in AZ and have a small project going nice to get input from other desert growers

I can see it now… Def’s Arizona growers club…
No joke, you guys definitely have a arid climate. And a collaboration amongst yourselves letting us all watch of course could be a huge advantage.… Genius…

Kudos again to the outdoor haha. I’ve always been strictly indoor. I might run some males outside for some pollen. I’m all about control of the plants and outdoors :expressionless:
Lots of variable can impact quality and yield.

Yeah alot of different variables outside, i do miss my indoor grows. Soon, ill be back to indoors though.

Day 28 for Trizzler, had to remove a couple lower fan leaves due to leaf miner damage.
