Well help us guide you by letting us know what method you would like to do whether it’s hydroponics, coir with liquid nutrients or organic soil grown? Are you planning to do indoor or outdoor?

Hello and welcome. This is a very hard question to answer easily. It requires alot of personal research to get results you are looking for. There are many nutrients that you can buy. You have nutrients that you can make at home.

Advanced nutrients

General hydroponics

Humbolts secret

Dakine

There are many more. You can purchase nutrients here on the Growers Network as well.

You also have methods like these to make your own.

Well if your doing soil you will want to look into fox farms soil lines, the ocean forest is the go to but can be a lil nutrient hot especially for seedlings, the happy frog is not as hot and pH balanced. Their soils will typically carry a plant for about a month then will have to feed with either AACT(Actively Aerated Compost Tea), or top dressings of fertilizers such as Dr earth. The other trend seems to be building a “Living Soil” which there’s TLO(Total Living Organics) and TLO 2 that the rev walks people through it, def a good read and some great methods I’ve even used as my back bone growing

As far as breeding is not as easy as taking pollen from one plant and throwing it at another one if you looking for consistency, all those resulting seeds are all gonna be different, to properly do it takes years and a large grow space, u mix the two strains your trying to cross, that creates an F1 then you take seeds from a run of a shit ton of plants, pick your best male and female with the same desirable traits you after, cross them and you have an f2, take those seeds find the traits you have again been chasing with male and females and u have an f3, u need to continue this process until u reach f5 at the minimum but f7 you will usually see a pretty uniform and consistent cross and considered “stabilized”. Then u have situations where u locked in an undesirable trait that didnt show up till say the f4 generation , so u could do a BX (back cross) to a previous generation of F3 or F2 to try to rechase some desired traits. Now considering the average grow is about 6 months, u can see how this process to have a uniform and consistent strain that the seeds are gonna be alike can take years ( and some good luck and good genetics)
