Well, I fell way behind on updating this thread.
I’ve been keeping up on posting for instagram and reddit but not here, apologies.
So I lost my 52 outdoor plant crop of Suver Haze CBD hemp. Compliant hemp is .3% THC with a margin of error of .04%. My crop tested at .4%, twice. So I had to cut it down and burn it per the destruction plan signed by the Commissioner.
Yeah it’s been a minute. Good to see you back sorry to hear about your crop. Your indoor is looking good. Your vegetable garden was gorgeous. Looks like you got quite the bounty.
@daurwid , Sorry I haven’t read your posts until now…
Looking way back I see you were calling a desease stem/root rot… If you haven’t already accurately diagnosed it, it is actually a fairly common desease in just about all seedlings…It is called ‘damping off’
The causal agent is Pythium, similar to a fungi but actually a parasitic oomycetes.
It can attack a plethora of seedlings, favors cool damp weather, and believe it or not is thought to be largely spread on THE FEET OF FUNGUS GNATS…FWIW Bob
I’m not 100% sure what was growing inside the rockwool and resevoirs. I just know that it has not returned since I went through heavy sanitization. The tent was 2nd hand and the rockwool I was purchasing was of questionable sterility. I must have missed cleaning something prior to use in the tent or it came in the rockwool. I do much more rigorous clean protocols now and hopefully I won’t experience that again.
