Always trying get more money thats there job sucks but is what it is and is it easy getting Medical card and 1 year home grow permit ok aslong as you can get your harvests right
I figure the medical card is the best way here. It cost me around $250 USD for the DR recommendation, and card fee, another $128 USD for the grow permit. For me to grow 1 plant, indoors, that produces at least 18 oz is around $80 USD. Right now the taxes on a medical card holder is capped at 4% plus state and local sales tax, without the medical card the taxes increase another 6%, plus state and local sales tax, if buying from a dispensary. They did increase the card fee, however the card is good for 3 years now.
@elsoegui I apologize to you if you feel I hijacked your thread!
So definitely worth it thanks for that info have a good day brother
Yeah I’ve got the same problem over here mate. Some c*cksuckers snatched my crop out of our hoophouse at night 2yrs ago and now I can’t plant in there anymore, compromised. We need a Mechelaar (Malinois in it’s true language) again. Land of the Mechelaars here If we had one 2yrs ago, no way they would have snatched my plants.
It’s 2 years old.
Okay thanks! Now I don’t feel bad! Lol! It will make me more aware of my posts in the future!
From last july actually But good to keep this thread current!
still would love to put up a hoop house with belled end conduit
but they would want to look in it because they can
just not into that even if I was growing a legal crop
Thanks. I am always looking out for the users here. After reading thru 25 threads or so you start blending the threads.
@sssportsmfg here is what the state website says about outdoor growing.
Outdoor Cultivation Requirements
An outdoor enclosed locked facility should be a stationary structure that is enclosed on all sides, except at the base, by chain-link fencing, wooden slats, or a similar material that is anchored, attached, or affixed to the ground and that cannot be accessed from the top. The plants cannot be visible to the unaided eye from an adjacent property when viewed by an individual at ground level or from a permanent structure at any level. Finally, the outdoor structure must be equipped with locks or other security devices that restrict access to only the qualifying patient(s) or primary caregiver(s) who have informed the department that this is the space where they will cultivate marijuana.
So nothing changed with everyone over 21 can have it now, as far as the regulations for a cultivation permit? The stuff you posted seems to contradict the first set of rules when it first got approved for medical only. Like I said, hire a lawyer, lol. Poor legal system needs to make money too.
