Well whip out your digital microscope and decide for your self. Usually i like them with just a pinch of amber. But mostly cloudy so you can harvest and them any time really. Why not take a sample bud and dry it out. And see if you like it.

I would absolutely do that but I am in a sober living facility and I can’t get a dirty UA. Even with a medical card they won’t allow it. I have to suck it up for the time being.

Flowering Day 49
Some of the fan leaves are yellowing and I think it might be from low nitrogen. I’ve been feeding high phosphorus and potassium and calcium so maybe the nitrogen demand is higher…

@PreyBird1 I am trying to get a friend started growing properly and I have one Monkey Slapz that’s not germinating after 2 weeks on the heat mat. I planted another one so hopefully it comes up. This would be the first seed to not pop for me…

It can happen my friend. Sometimes seeds jut dont grow. If it doesnt grow let know i keep a hige seed inventory.

So far I have 2 seeds not germinating. The most recent did germinate and that’s the one I soaked overnight. The other 2 I just planted straight into moist soil and that’s not how I usually germinate seeds.
You gave me a great deal so I’m not sweating a couple duds. @PreyBird1

It happens man
I just went through an entire pack of lava freeze and 1 seed popped so a 95% failure rate. Those seeds were expensive! I still have that one mother lava freeze growing.
And I’m running 4 clones in the hydro system this run. I havent been able to find more lava freeze seeds at all. I got @MrMonkey420 on the job he found some and there on the way here! As long as they clear customs ill have some more.

What was it again you’re looking for in the Lava Freeze? I know Friesland Indica, but I’m not familiar with the other parent, Lava Cake. I assume Freeze is a pretty heavy indica leaning hybrid tho.

I’m running out of bamboo poles. I guess the plants didn’t really develop strong enough branches to support the buds. Maybe that’s a good sign of big yields though…

The Grandaddy Purple still hasn’t turned any kind of purple but oh boy it smells intensely like grapes

I’m planning on leaving my plants in darkness for 72 hours before harvest to build up terpenes and cannabinoids.
Since they aren’t going to be ready for harvest at the same time is it ok to expose them to 3 days of darkness and resume 12/12 lighting?
Should I just harvest after the night cycle?

If u go 3 dark u dont eanna put them back in light. 3 in dark will build all the profiles a bit and it also drains everything from the plant to the root zone so when u open from compkete dark u have less than 2 minutes to chop them super fast to stop anything from flowing back into the plant and jeep it in the rootball. If u can do it all in dark would be great. As soon as a plant sees light it shoots all yhe nutrients and such back up thru the pkant materials u dont want this if possible. Having all set to roots will help have a cleaner taste to the bud or so ive noticed here so far. Ones that set in dark and chopped roght away always have a better cleaner taste to them. Some plants i say F it and chop whenever but they r never as tasty like always have a hint of a diff taste to me i smoke for the buzz but i enjoy the flavor of some and the smells to me are amazing. Lol always told the parents i wouldnt smoke it ever but always did wanna hang around the smells when the adults smoked back in the days. Lol. I still enjoy the smells of burnt pot. Same as fresh gasoline. I think it has a okay smell to it and it dont bug me.
