I see Grandaddy Purple is at 72% RH. Should I open the Grove bag or maybe put the bud in a paper bag?

Yep. If you just want to burp, the grove bags lay them on their side and prop them open. Moisture hangs out at the bottom of the container the flower is held in. Try sitting one of those humidity meters Right at the opening when you lay it down, you can watch the numbers rise and fall. it goes much quicker doing it this way.
