Unplug the light that’s working correctly and plug the one that’s not working correctly in the same place. Turn it up over 50% see if it still does it. If it does your light has a problem. Try to eliminate the light first. you’re obviously getting a good source to the other Light. So switch places with their Power cords and see what happens.
I would try what happy said if it’s still persists call medic grow
Fixed!
I ran another 50 ft extension cord to separate outlets for each LED and they are running fine now. I must have had too much juice for one outlet. Thanks for the advice.
Defoliation is due soon so I’ll get some updated pics in the next few days.
Awesome. Just make sure while running the plug ends on cord dont get warm if not rated enough theybwill get warm and melt potentially cause a fire glad it was a simple fix
Nice work any pics of the plants
You don’t seem to excited for your 2nd grow first one you were pumped is it more than expected
@jj520 yeah excitement levels have dropped significantly but I have a feeling that is due to medication changes which have made me feel tired and made it difficult to get things done.
I trimmed 2 plants only slightly differently and the visual difference is huge at this point. I removed 2 bottom branches and they’re way smaller.
Yep thats probably it! Good to see you again. Hows life?
pipe cleaners…cheap and can make as big or small as you like…real pain to undo though lol. Climbing around under a net and undoing all them pipe cleaners gets to be a real chore.
Marty
@PreyBird1 I’m doing pretty well. I actually stopped taking the antipsychotic that was making me so tired and so far I feel lots better.
@sssportsmfg Nice idea with the pipe cleaners, I have been using rubber coated wire which is working great so far and is reusable so that’s nice
This tuff is nice. We wash it off with rags soaked in alcohol and rwuse these too cut any size u want ect. Soft on stems but holds good. Stai less wire rubber foamy coating.
I use the coated wire as well I had like a thousand foot roll of wire for running fire alarm systems got it at the job site years back it’ll last forever and it is nice once it’s cut you can just reuse it
Is this bad for my LED? It still blinks when some appliances are running like the air fryer.
Is this going to degrade anything?
Sounds like you could be using to much power on that circuit. Be very careful with that. Could be a fire hazard. Not trying to scare you. But safety first always.
Ok that’s a good point. I will try some different configurations. I would like to be able to run both LEDs but maybe I have to stick with one. Damn
I wish I knew more about electrical.
Im no electrician but but that is what I was told by a friend who is. I had similar problems once. Its better to have 220 outlets when running things of this nature. And I still don’t have that
Ok thanks for the advice. The thing is that it’s not even my house so I have to figure out the electrical load. I don’t even know how many amps of service there are.
Look in the fuse panel the breakers will say how many amps they are a good way to figure it out would be to shut off the breaker that controls your tent and the air fryer and then plug a extension cord in to another outlet that is still working and that will be on a different circuit hopefully one would be close enough to use if you’re running in the walls outlets you may find one in the ceiling if you’re in the basement that’s on a different circuit or vice versa
Air fryers take a lot of power probably just about as much as both of your lights on high together
Very true. Air fryers can use a lot of power.
You might just have to be careful how much you use at once.
Well I just tested another outlet and it was fine for a while but it’s blinking again now.
It’s not even from appliances I don’t think at this point.
I’m getting stressed about this. I really need both LEDs.
If u r handy u can try to add a new 20amp breaker and new outlet and then run your lights off 1 circut had to do it for my lights kept tripping breaker when coffee maker would come on
