I store my edibles and capsules (not tinctures) in the freezer. The Tootsie Rolls lasted a month unrefrigerated in the summer heat, w/o any issues, but I stored them in the freezer before that.
Since I assume you’re not using preservatives, the best you can do is keep stuff chilled while trying to move it, and keep it in the deep freeze all other times. Not really any help, I know.
I have kept pot caramels, chocolates, brownies, etc in the freezer for 6+ months w/o any issues with taste or efficacy.

Canada has two great sea ports on the east coast that have been smuggling since the first landing haha. Sooooo many Fisher men / sailors make a living this way and us Canadians that claim they don’t smoke usually still have a little hash j on the odd occasion;)
