House gets ready for historic vote on federal marijuana prohibition

Not so, the law reads like this…States may be MORE restrictive but not less. In other words if it is illegal, i.e. MORE restrictive than federal law…that is OK…however if federal law is MORE restrictive then states may not be less. That is why the feds could come in and shut everyone of us down due to federal law being more restrictive and therefore overrides state law. Also the reason that banks won’t accept pot money.

Since Virginia has become a friendly State; the discussion of removing marijuana from Schedule 1 goes to the front of the class, or in this case Senate!
Some of us thought that change could happen by the Summer.
Now I believe the end of Summer is more realistic.
End the war on marijuana.
