How could we solve the nodes split issues, and prevents it from bacteria?

I do recommend you get something like that calibration fluid to make sure your meter is working and calibrated correctly.

Well, Do you think the pH range are stable in all the natural fruits, vegetables and eggs?

To elaborate that more for you, Is every single tomato for example results exactly the same pH range, which all had been fruited on one shrub?

And so on, with the eggs, the urine and the milk!.

There have to be local variations in some of those items so I would try the more standard ones, baking soda, ammonia solution, sulfuric acid/battery acid (please be careful) or vinegar before some of the other ones mentioned.
