Ahhhhhh earthy is my go to terp… imo the less sharp the flavour ( fruity floral … I like to call designer taste) the farther you get away from outstanding wow Terps the stronger the punch is… dont get me wrong I’ve had some tasty FUNK…strait fire… but more often then not… when I get to strains that are earthy woody… skunky rotten…type… have more room for power… there all resins and there can only he so much… so my thinking … is all earthy flavour goes alot farther then say a lil piney terps… like more pine Terps are need to got desired taste then wood or p8ne… which in my theory leaves more room for the good stuff… I might be stoned …well I am stoned…but I might be wrong… ut that’s the beauty of opinions there like @ HOLES everyone’s got 1
Must note that this inhale exhale flavour change is getting wild… I had some GG the other day that was very fuely on the in and lime citrus on the way out… it was the biggest flavour swing I’ve noticed in my life… i smoke a stupid amount of smweed a year too …very nifty what these breeders are doin… I so wish I was anywhere except florida…[I say this till it starts snowing then I’m like ]
I’m not Scrogging these plants because I want to see their more natural growth. Now I did Fimm each one and LST’d to get my bush. Also supercropping to keep my canopy even.
Hey Ty, got a question for you. My plants are now pretty durn big, I took them out and cleaned the roots a couple of times when I screwed things up using the rainwater. Now they are far too big to take out of the buckets, but at least my PH is stable and everything is going pretty good. A question…I see you have the 1" undercurrent lines as I do, as mine have gotten big I am noticing that the water returning to the reservoir bucket is getting slower and slower to return, the level in the reservoir is way low when the pump is running because I am gonna assume that the lines are clogged up with roots and restricting the flow back. Does this happen to yours? My biggest is within 2 inches of the light and I can’t go up anymore with the lights, and zero hope of pulling it out of the bucket and tent to clean the lines lol. Do you reverse the flow on the lines? I am thinking about trying that. Great looking grow and as always thanks for all your help on my hydro misfit journey lol.
I switch the direction of my undercurrent every other day and that helps. I’ve also had my pump on a timer in the past that would run for 2 minutes on, then off for 5 minutes. But I just switch my direction of undercurrent every other day @sssportsmfg.
Yes that is what I did, pulled the hose off one side and hooked it up in reverse, seemed to fix the problem. One thing is for sure, they need bigger lines than what I have. It would help two ways, it would help make the water level more uniform between the buckets (mine has a considerable difference between 1 and 4) and it would also help much with the clogging from the roots.

Your correct about the diameter of the hose. A 2" line works best for all the reasons you stated above.
