This thing is just getting Bigger. Ive had to move the light up. The lower fan leaves are losing there light and yellowing a little im gonna chop them.

@coaltrain i never cared for autos. So just for kicks and giggles i did this. This plant is very strange. I took femmanized Runtz pollen and tickled one Bud. Then it decided it was going make its own flowers only on the pollinated branch. Ive been discussing this with some breeders on over in my other forum and were all kinda like HTF? Pollination doesn’t create flowers and plants genetic sensitivities to want to self preserve itself and create hermie flowers itself. This can be explained by the genetic origins of the strain - Thai sativas, for example, usually reach a high percentage of hermaphrodite plants - or also by the technique used when producing seeds (GA3) specifically. But i never used any Gibberilic acid but STS. Its definitely got me interested. I have 2 seeds curing now. But im not growing them anytime soon to test them. Im just mega vegging this tent and the autos happen to flower on the same light schedule. Im watching these Runtz plants and slapz in here. Waiting to see how big they grow before i clone them. I like a certain structure to the Runtz before i keep it.

@PreyBird1 Interesting that it only herm’d on the pollinated branch. I haven’t seen that before either. I’m assuming the Thai sativa’s do this because they grow sparsely and need to self procreate. Makes sense in my head but never reserched that deep into it since I only really messed with autos until recently. That one definitely looks like she leans sativa. With autos I feel you’re never really close to the original strain because of the ruderalis being introduced for the auto trait or maybe after a photo grow I’m a pot snob. Lol take your pick.

Boy am I glad I click on your profile! Holy freaking smokes! I currently have a 7 day old Auto Critical Orange Punch I will be testing. I’ve not done autos before and this will be my first soil grow that I have done. All in the fun of the grow and learning what she has to say! I do a lot of reading about this before I jump right in, any tips you could throw my way I would appreciate!

Lights and nutrients. Shes in a 3 gallon pot LoL. I kept her in spring lighting mode. The entire grow until 5 days ago i went from 18/6 lighting to autumn mode on the light and went to 12/12 lighting.
