Well in case no one is aware, the whole incarceration thing is far from over, even in states with both Medical and recreational cannabis reforms.

Missouri for one, which has both legalized recreation and medical. Make no mistake about it, if you get caught growing without jumping through all the hoops exactly as they say, the penalties are just as harsh as they ever were.

Only the buddies of the politicians who issue commercial grow licenses can sell, and the state takes their mega bucks from the taxes of those sales. Everyone else who gets caught selling is still going to jail.

It isn’t MJ reform, it is MJ big business with all the same punishments for anyone not connected. I have a friend she works for a big commercial house here in St. Louis, they have 20.000 square feet under roof and in grow. She informed me that the owner that has the two licenses rakes in over a million a month. She is paid as a purchasing agent and makes in excess of $100,000 a year.

Try growing even 10 plants without a license and see what happens to you if you get caught selling it. Is it better than it was before this happened…sure…but it is still all about big brother raking in the bucks, while still punishing anyone else.

Kinda makes one wonder if there is any longer any truth to Of, by, and for the PEOPLE doesn’t it?
