Okay, next week I’ll take a pic of the same mountain of dirt. I’m not lying - going on 3 years they have been piling it up and it washes away. WTF are they doing, it is DEFINITELY NOT dredging but I’ve heard so many different things from ppl. From creating islands to replenishing seabed grasses. Everyday they are there piling it up and every month it washes away. There is a lot of manpower and $$ that goes into the dump trucks filling the barges that bring in the sand for the trackhoes to pile up for mother nature to wash away. I’m going to find out this year what gives?

@TheMadFlascher I thought you might find this interesting. Our front yard at work has contracted a virus called SCMV… or sugar cane mosaic virus. It apparently only affects the floratam species of St Augustine. We are really looking at some coin to fix it. We have to consider going to a Bahia or Bermuda.

Man there is nothing more insidious than VIRUSES. They are bazaar! Nothing but a strand of DNA with a protein coat…that’s it …no organs, no cytoplasm, nothing! They rely strictly on their host to provide all metabolic support!
Of course once they are introduced to the host they invade the nucleus of the cell and the infected cells immediately reproduce the virus en mass.
The virus is spread through wounds (read cutting the grass) and some insect vectors (aphids,thrips,leafhoppers, whitefly) The only alternative is replanting with a resistant variety!

It’s crazy seeing airport ghost towns man.
Oh man… Im almost sure I seen a dead cat wiped out on a motorcycle yesterday. The front forks and tire where about 20’ away from the rest of the bike, what was left of it anyways. Ambulance wasnt there yet and one guy was trying to direct traffic but he was frantic and kinda holding his head and emotional. It was pretty gut wrenching to see.

Plants are still growing - see!!
This is 1st time in a while I raised the light in increments. I usually just put it up on the ceiling and voila done. So with that being said, I just raised it up another foot it’s around 3’ above the canopy now. When I flip here in a couple weeks I’ll max it out.

Well I won on my Bengals bet since I had Cincinnati + 4.5 … but I lost my teaser with the Bengals win & Beckam Jr. receiving 100+ yards… Since he got injured in like his second play. LoL well that and Cincinnati straight up to win also.
I’m telling you I would be livid if I was Bengals coach man. They were up the entire second half but those 3 penalties with 1 minute left gave the game to LA. BULLSHIT!!! That right there is were experience in playoff games comes in, gotta keep your composure gents. There is no doubt 100% penalties lost that game. Hey I still won $44 on a $50 bet but lost my $20 teaser … so I’m up $24 plus I won $35 on my free slot plays for a $100 deposit. BOOM!!! Now the trick is to NOT play anymore casino games.

So for only 3 weeks these autos have really taken off. For a refresher - I made the soil up for most of the autos, it’s old used soil I pile up out back. I mixed in some ocean, castings, black Kow, perlite and some other goodies. This is exactly what I imagined would happen and the Dr must clock in. Almost like chlorosis with the darkened veins /slash/ leaves lightening up like that. I’m pretty excited to see what the 1st batch of nutes brings which it is time for being the developing young lady’s that they are. I’m flipping lights next week so let’s get the entire gang fed and juiced up. Oh yah… I did a water change in the fish tank yesterday and gave them a little fish shit cocktail. YuMMy!!Let the fun part begin. - I am Hanz & I am here to pump you up!!
